This course is designed for people who suffer from an Autoimmune disease who are not currently exercising but want to start. Unfortunately regular exercise classes at the gym are not designed for this population. This doesn't mean that they can't ever go to these classes, they just need to start a little slower so they don't set off a flare. The focus of this program is to get the individual moving without causing injury or major muscle soreness. This program will have you exercising for 5 days a week, with 3 cardio sessions of your choice and 2 strength training sessions. In addition there will be less than 5 minutes of daily tasks to calm your nervous system, increase balance and clear out cellular junk. All that is needed is a sturdy chair, a medium weight resistance band with handles, a 3-4 ft long stick and a pair of 3-5 lb dumbells.
Core Stability is more than just 6 pack abs. It's having strength in all directions so that you can move throughout your day pain free. This course contains 10 weeks of videos that you should do 5 days a week. Each video takes about 10 minutes. All that is needed is a stability ball. These videos progressively increase core strenghth so that at the end of the program the risk of injury is reduced. They can be done as a stand alone exercise routine or added to any cardio session. Perfect for beginners who want to start exercising and need to build up from scratch.
